VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC. offers a comprehensive 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee and a 48-month warranty on eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligibility Requirements

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
• Original packaging and documentation must be included in original condition
• Items showing wear, alterations, or damage are ineligible
• Custom orders and customized products are ineligible
• Limited to one return per order

Assembly Service Guarantee

• If you follow our step-by-step manual and still cannot get your product working as intended, we may assemble or repair it for you
• Send us the parts back with return authorization
• You cover return shipping and assembly service costs where applicable (fees quoted on request)
• We will replace broken parts free of charge during authorized assembly when defects are confirmed
• Your finished item will be sent back to you ready to use

Important Notes

• VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provide a prepaid label
• We offer exchanges or replacement shipments for transit issues as described in these terms
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and borne by the customer unless stated otherwise below
• No returns can be processed while items are in transit

Return Shipping Coverage

We will cover return shipping costs only in these cases:

• Incorrect item received (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
• Factory defects (must report within 48 hours of delivery)

4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

48-Month Warranty Coverage

Warranty Terms

• 48-month warranty service on eligible internal parts for confirmed malfunctions
• Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty
• Customer is responsible for warranty shipping costs unless otherwise required by law

Return Instructions

1. Contact our service team at info@mgc-watches.com for authorization
2. Package the item carefully in the original box with all documentation
3. Include original receipt and any relevant documentation
4. Ship to the return address provided after authorization (customer responsible for shipping label and insurance unless we state otherwise)

Exclusions

• Custom engraved and custom-built products
• Limited edition pieces marked as final sale
• Final sale items

Processing Timeline

• Returns typically process within 2–3 weeks of receipt
• Confirmation email sent after processing
• Refunds appear in your bank account within 2–10 business days after approval
• Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider

Custom and engraved products may be final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law.
