This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through the MGC Watches online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy, together with our Terms of Sale, Terms of Service, and Shipping Policy.

1. Bespoke, Made-to-Order Products

All timepieces and watch modifications offered under MGC Watches are handcrafted and produced on a made-to-order basis for each individual customer. Production begins after your order is confirmed and may incorporate configuration choices, component selection, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection specific to your purchase.

Because each unit is individually prepared and cannot be resold as standard inventory, all sales are considered final once your order has been accepted and production has commenced, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by mandatory applicable law.

2. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, subjective preference, sizing or fit preferences after delivery (where sizing information was provided or selected at checkout), or any reason unrelated to a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage as described in Section 4 below.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

you understand the product is custom-built or individually configured for you;
you waive any right to return the product for reasons of personal taste, convenience, or changed circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law;
production timelines, hand-finishing, and artisanal variation are inherent characteristics of bespoke goods and do not constitute grounds for return or refund;
minor cosmetic variations consistent with handcrafted production do not constitute a defect.

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be considered only before production has begun, at our sole discretion. Once an order enters preparation, assembly, or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. 4. Limited Remedy: Confirmed Defects or Transit Damage Only

Nothing in this Policy limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory local law. Subject to those rights, the following limited remedy applies:

If your order arrives with confirmed manufacturing defects or damage caused in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer repair, replacement of defective components, or re-shipment of the affected unit. Cash refunds are not offered except where mandatory law requires a refund and no alternative remedy is legally permissible.
Claims reported after the 48-hour window, or without adequate evidence, may be declined.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Any product shipped to us without prior written authorization will be refused or returned at the sender’s expense. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during unauthorized return shipment.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to this Policy at checkout, you confirm that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by our no-return policy (including change of mind or buyer’s remorse). Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders and referral to our payment processor and legal counsel.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of WY., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
